This episode comes from a live panel discussion about juvenile justice that followed the premiere of The Myth of the Super Predator.

Juvenile justice experts Rachel Gassert of The Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights, Sarah Omojola then of the Welcoming Project, Ava Rogers from New Pathways New Orleans, and Meredith Angelson then of the Southern Poverty Law Center discuss alternate ways of rehabilitating children, such as restorative justice, that are both more effective and less costly – both financially and in terms of human lives.
