We have assembled this simple primer for our in-studio guests. We hope these will help the wonderful voices who volunteer their time to visit our studio to help us communicate our message to our listeners during WRKF membership drive.

Studio Guidelines
No squirt-gun fights, etc.
Food/drink, cell phones

Technical Tips
Get close but not too close to the mic, point the mic at your mouth, etc.
Wear headphones if you can. You can adjust the volume.

Logistical Tips
We have show segments, frequent "pitch breaks," etc.
There's a clock and we use a count-down timer.

Words and Phrases
Common terms we use when we talk about the station.
Maybe some words/phrases to avoid on-air, like internal-speek, words that exclude the listener, etc.?

Messaging Tips
Tips and tricks for language we use during pledge drive and communication best-practices.

Programs
A list of programs we like to highlight and bring attention to, ex. all the local shows.
