  Baton Rouge businessman Hans Sternberg, who came to the city as a youth from Nazi Germany, discusses his long tenure in business in the Capital region, including owning the largest family owned department store in America.


  Charity Parsons and Lisa Delpit on their involvement in Black Minds Matter, a discussion of how young black men are affected by the education system. Parsons is the facilitator of the program, and Delpit is a Southern University professor and MacArthur Genius Award winner.
