Black lawmakers are leading a renewed push for Congress to pass the CROWN Act, legislation that would ban discrimination based on hair texture or style.

Angela Onwuachi-Willig, dean of the Boston University School of Law, joins Here & Now‘s Jane Clayson to discuss why this federal legislation is still needed.
