Life Raft: 'Have I Had My Last Good Oyster?'

Laura Sanders

Hey there Sticky Wicket fans! WWNO and WRKF want to introduce you to our new podcast. It’s called Life Raft. Each episode explores a different question about climate change submitted by listeners like you. This episode has to do with a beloved Louisiana food: Oysters.

The question is a simple one: Is climate change coming for oysters?

We drop by a famous New Orleans oyster bar and visit with an oyster scientist to get a better feel for the ways a changing climate threatens oysters and what’s being done to help ’em out.

If you like what you hear, subscribe! You can find Life Raft wherever you get your podcasts, including Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
