Congressman Cedric Richmond was the lone member of the state delegation to vote for the measure. Grace took the senator to task for remarks about the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Kennedy said “It must suck to be that dumb” in reference to an effort to retrieve tax returns from President Trump.
