Part one tells the story of how innocent Europeans living in Latin America were wrongfully kidnapped by FBI agents and brought to the camp. Part two details how actual Nazis, the FBI’s intended targets, found leadership roles on the internee committee, endangering innocent Europeans and Jews kept there during the war.
