Lieutenant General Russel Honore joins us in studio this morning to discuss what's happening in Ferguson, MO. He talks with Jim about the use of police force, how the police should have handled the situation with Michael Brown, and how the police should have handled and should be handling the crowds in Ferguson. Also, the General talks about the recent beheading of photojournalist James Foley at the hands of ISIS militants.
