Even though Michael Gulotta’s restaurants MoPho and Maypop are known for their Southeast Asian flair, Michael had never been there until a recent trip with Paul Chell, MoPho’s chef de cuisine, changed all that. They join us to share every bite of that wild experience.

Then, homegrown, culinary power couple, Cody and Samantha Carroll share their adventures cooking authentic Louisiana gumbo in Japan.

Next, Polly Watts and the crew from the Avenue Pub take us along on Belgian beer tour. That was a rough business trip! We’re getting out of town, on this week’s Louisiana Eats!
