Mississippi residents are struggling to rebuild, a year after deadly tornadoes

A year after tornadoes tore through part of Mississippi, a community in a mobile home park still can’t rebuild because of new housing regulations.

Danny McArthur of the Gulf States Newsroom reports on the barriers keeping people in one mobile home community from rebuilding their lives.
