Robert S. Reich, the founder and director emeritus of the LSU Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture has died. LSU announced Monday Reich died Saturday at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 97. He retired from a six decade teaching career in 1983, but continued teaching enrichment seminars until his death. The school was named in his honor in 2007.
The family asks any donations on his behalf be made to the LSU Foundation/Helen Reich Memorial Scholarship, a fund which goes toward scholarships for LSU landscape architecture students.
